Toronto-Philadelphia Deal Confirmed: A trade was announced today at a press conference in Toronto. Not satisfied with their current roster, the Toronto Blue Jays general manager shook things up by acquiring 27-year-old 3B Eugenio Suarez from the Philadelphia Phillies for 29-year-old RF Jackie Bradley Jr. and 18-year-old minor league 3B Jordan Diaz.

"We're a better team now," Blue Jays general manager Roger Lambert said. "We've added several pieces to the puzzle."

So far this season Bradley Jr. is batting .300 with 7 home runs.

So far this season, Suarez has recorded a .241 batting average with 32 hits, 6 home runs, 18 RBIs, 13 runs scored and a .331 OBP.

The Commissioner!
