Starting in in October 2019, we’ll be using OOTP’s Draft Pool (pruned to remove any players who weren’t picked in the most recent season’s MLB Amateur Draft). The draft will consist of 25 rounds, with a player pool of 30 rounds. The draft will be conducted within StatsPlus+. The first five rounds will be conducted live using Statsplus+/Slack. The remaining rounds will be conducted by draft lists from within StatsPlus+. (GMs may assign draft responsibilities to their Farm Director.)
The 2019 draft will be conducted with Advanced Draftee Signings turned off. Players will sign for the assigned slot value.
